Hartingtons is all about fun, creativity and the theatre of food.
We put on inspirational cookery and food related courses in our fabulous converted saw mill in Bakewell in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.
Experience everything from cookery demonstrations, hands on full day cookery courses and for those who want to take their cookery to another level try our master classes with some of the UK's most acclaimed and famous chefs. Looking for a healthy option? Then why not combine your love of food and walking with one of our foraging and food tours of the Peak District.
We love real food made by artisan food producers. This has inspired us to develop a range of courses to teach the curious how they make artisan food; producing their own cheese, preserves, breads and beer. We have also developed a series of classes to teach and inspire those who want to turn an interest in artisan food into a business, instructing you on all aspects of artisan food production, packaging, marketing and sales to help make your business a success.
