Bakewell Gift & Bear Shop is an independent retail store situated in the historic market town of Bakewell, Derbyshire, in the heart of the beautiful Peak District.
Established in 2004, we moved into larger premises on Matlock Street, Bakewell last year. The spacious shop is wheelchair accessible and is open 7 days a week. There is ample parking nearby.
The shop stocks a wide selection of teddy bears. Charlie Bears, Isabelle Collection 2010, Minimos, Mel and Stef dollies and gollies. Also Steiff bears including Classic Steiff, Steiff Limited Editions, UK Exclusives and childrens Steiff. Other brands include Russ Berrie, Gund, Jellycat, Beatrix Potter characters, Paddington and various bears suitable for babies. We are also now stocking Kaycee Bears.
We have gift ideas for new baby and christening gifts, dolls house furniture and accessories, picture frames, mugs, Old Tupton Ware pottery, Bakewell souvenirs, local interest and guide books to the area. We also have a vast selection of greetings cards, together with gift wrap and gift bags to complement your purchases
