Franklin & Co. is a well-established high street legal practice based in the busy market town of Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District.Founded in 1982 by James Franklin the firm has grown to serve the needs of private and business clients mainly in Derbyshire and South Yorkshire but also further afield.
The firm originally specialised in property and trusts and probate matters and has developed to also provide commercial and dispute resolution services.
Since the retirement of James Franklin in 2001, the practice has been carried on by partners Philip Bramall and Jonathan Short assisted by legal executives Nicola Gray and Catherine Anderson plus our team of legal clerks.
