Wye Needlecraft Ltd is a multi-award winning shop based in Bakewell in the heart of the Peak District in Derbyshire. The shop has been open since 1992 and we took over in October 2002. View our gallery of Wye Needlecraft.
We have a dedicated team of nine who are all mad stitchers or knitters! We have an abundance of needlecraft knowledge between us so ask if you need advice. We are online 24/7 with a dedicated person 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) to take your orders online and answer your emails. But you can call us 7 days a week as we are open every day except Christmas Day!
We have two floors filled to the brim of all the needlecraft products you can think of, and what we don’t have in stock we order for you and post it to you. We have many Stitching Groups from all over the country who visit us for days out to ‘stock up’ and we also supply many teachers for their workshops or schools. We have many overseas customers and also teachers and retailers overseas too that we supply.
Our walls are packed with hundreds of stitched models so many designs can be seen before you buy.
We stock the popular to the something different so there is something for everyone and for every pocket. We always welcome new designers and try to help and give advice if they need it. We have helped a few brand new designers at Wye and now they are successfully selling in our shop and many others. We have many more innovative and exciting plans to develop our business. Our ambition is to keep growing our company while staying true to our customers who are the important ‘bit’ that make us who we are!
