Bakewell Show 2017 2nd - 3rd August 2017 

Bakewell Show 2017 will take place on Wednesday 2nd and

Thursday 3rd August, with a dedicated Equestrian Day on Tuesday 1st.

 The Show will once again be a diverse event full of entertainment, animals, food, drink and attractions.

There will be an array of exhibitors displaying horses, livestock, rabbits, dogs, pigeons, poultry and more throughout the three days, giving visitors a chance to interact with furry and feathered friends.

There will also be artisan food producers and craftspeople selling their wares and performing live demonstrations and well as horticulture displays and captivating headline attractions in centre ring.

Bakewell Show is a great family day out with loads for the kids to do. They can enjoy a range of activities in our popular Children’s Area, as well as theatre and animal shows and ring attractions.

Climbing Course Saturday 5th August 2017 

Most of our Peak District climbing courses meet in Hathersage at 930am and move to a crag close by. We cover all the safety aspects of climbing but most importantly most of your time is spent climbing and enjoying the day whilst learning from one of our climbing experts. 

 
Caving Courses Saturday 5th August 2017 

Our Intermediate caving courses are fun, challenging, adventurous and exciting as long as you are reasonably fit and ok with heights. You will be abseiling underground and climbing wire ladders.

The traders on this lively, vibrant and thriving market,  provide visitors with a variety of goods and fresh produce. 

Bakewell is the only Market Town in the beautiful Peak District National Park. The Charter for this Monday market was granted in 1330, the third year of Kind Edward 111's forty year reign.

Mountain Bike Skills Course Sunday 13th August 2017 

These courses cover all aspects of the skills needed to help you become a better off road mountain biker. We look at your current riding style and introduce good habits whilst removing bad ones. These courses will improve your confidence and bike handling ability.
