Solar Funk 18th - 18th July 2015 

Old House Museum, from 7.30pm

Cool jazz, soul & funk for a summers evening, outside the Old House Museum.

£7.50 per ticket. Advance bookings can be made through the Museum office (01629 813642). Refreshments will be on sale

 
Craftwise Art & Craft Market 25th - 26th July 2015 

In 2015 the event will be held over the weekend - on Saturday and Sunday.

It is open each day from10am to 4.30pm at The Town Hall, Bakewell.

Admission is free.

There will be a range of quality gifts and other items including handmade cards and keepsakes, knitted baby clothes, wrapped gifts, fabric crafts, a variety of different styles of jewellery, photography and others.


 
Childrens' Games Through The Age 25th July - 6th September 2015 

Join us at the Old House Museum, Try your hand at a range of traditional childrens' games through the ages, including skipping, marbles and cup & hoop. Art activities also on offer 

 
Downton Comes To Bakewell 25th - 26th July 2015 

Join us at the Old House Museum for an Edwardian Tea Party in the courtyard. Enjoy sumptuous scones, cakes, tea & coffee brought to you by servants in authentic costume.

 
CW Peak District Pioneer Sunday 26th July 2015 

The Cycling Weekly Peak District Pioneer adventure cross ride.

This great Peak District ride sets off from Bakewell Showground on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bakewell. Both cycle routes leave Bakewell on the Monsal trail and complete a loop around High Rake and Longstone Moor before rejoining the Monsal trail. Take in the stunning limestone scenery of the white peaks, whilst enjoying your adventure cross ride.
