Brass and Voices Concert with Bakewell Choral Society on Saturday 20th November 2010 at Bakewell Parish Church starting at 7.30 p.m.
Choral works by Purcell, Gabrieli and Sweelinck with brass accompaniment.

 | As a special focus for Bakewell this Christmas, A dramatic sculptured tablea of the Nativity has been commissioned for the centre of Bath gardens. With huge figures, one and a half times life size, positioned about the town along with the towns senic white bulbed Christmas trees supplied by the local bussinesses featured out side there outlets. The official launch is to take palce in Bath gardens @ 11am on 26/11/10

| Bakewell Farmers Market | Saturday 27th November 2010 |

Bakewell's Farmers' Markets are held the last Saturday of each month except for December from 9am to 2pm. The Farmers' Markets are under cover at the Agricultural Business Centre less than two minutes walk from the centre of Bakewell. Alternatively, there is ample parking adjacent to the Farmers Market with very easy access for wheelchairs and prams. In 2007 the parking fees were £1 for one hour; £1.50 for two hours; £3.50 for four hours and £4.50 for over four hours with free parking for Disabled Badge Holders. However, be aware the picnicking is not permitted in this car park!
