They are firmly established as one of the UK's foremost children's choral organisations. The choirs performing at Bakewell are the Kinder Children's Choir and the Kinder Youth Choir. The choirs are named after Kinder Scout and involve more than 100 choristers between the ages of 7 and 18 in a group of more than 5 choirs.  | Farmers Markets are an opportunity to buy food and local products direct from local farmers, producers and craftsmen. They sell only products which have been grown, raised, baked or caught locally, normally within 30 miles. They do not sell GM foods. Many stallholders will be registered organic producers.
Bakewell Farmers Market is held at the Bakewell Agricultural centre and takes place on the last Saturday of the month from 9 am to 2 pm.
